Fraud and Abuse Hotline

Landmark has created a Fraud and Abuse hotline to report potentially fraudulent activities by practitioners, members or employees. Callers may leave their names and phone numbers in case we need to gather more data, or may make their reports anonymously if they wish. No one at Landmark may retaliate in any way against someone who reports a suspected instance of unethical behavior, so we've created a safe avenue for people to help us control fraud.
