Emergencies

In the event of an emergency declared by the Governor or the California Office of Public Health, Landmark will relax its requirement that members utilize only providers that are in Landmark’s networks. If you need care but cannot access a Landmark network provider due to the emergency, please call Customer Service at 800 298 4875, option 2 to let us know of the details of your case and your treatment visit will be excepted from our usual requirement that care must be rendered by an in-network chiropractor or acupuncturist.
