I am a licensed health agent. How can I do business with Landmark?
Upon submission of your first enrolled group, you will receive a Broker Agreement from Landmark. Or, you can download the Broker Agreement and send it with your group enrollment. Simply sign and return the completed agreement and a copy of your insurance license.

What is Landmark's commission rate?
Brokers are paid a flat 20% commission on all paid first-year premiums on new business and a flat 10% on all paid premiums thereafter on accepted and enrolled groups, up to $1,000,000 in a calendar quarter.
How frequently does Landmark pay commissions?
Commissions are paid within 45 days following the end of each calendar quarter.

How do I request a quote a group?
Request a RFQ email from Sales@LHP-CA.com. The RFQ e-mail will provide you with everything you need to quote and enroll your group.
